Was ich nicht ganz verstehe ist, wenn man doch im ÖD ist und sagt man bekommt E8 in sagen wir im TV-L Bayern, dann kennt man doch das Gehalt. Was ist denn dann noch "geheim" auf der Abrechnung?

Wir z. B. bekommen noch eine Zulage, die nicht im TV-L steht.
