für den Personaler und dem Zuständigen "ITler" deines Bereiches wo du dich bewirbst - nein wird eher belächelt

Das kommt auf den Kontext an. International haben diese Google-Zertifikate einen deutlich höheren Stellenwert als in Deutschland.

Das liegt IMHO auch an der deutschen bzw. europäische Gesetzeslage.
