Hallo,

würde gerne eure Meinung zu meinem Arbeitszeugnis erfahren. Die Aufzählung über meine einzelne Tätigkeiten lasse ich hier mal weg, es geht mir nur um den Text.

Liest sich quasi perfekt. Sehe jetzt nicht, dass etwas wichtiges weggelassen wurde. 

Dass das Studium erwähnt wird ist vermutlich Geschmackssache. Ich persönlich würde hier eher die Standardformel "auf eigenen Wunsch" bevorzugen.
