Hallo Zusammen,

ich wollte mal kurz nach eurer Meinung fragen.

Hatte heute ein Übernahmegespräch, und ich habe ein Gehalt von ca. 3100€ Brutto, 40h/W als Einstiegsgehalt gesagt bekommen.
Ich komme aus Bawü und werde in einem Mittelständischem Unternehmen (ca. 750 MA, 4 Standorte) als "Sysadmin" anfangen.

Außerdem gibt es Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld, wo ich dann ca. bei 13,5 Gehältern liegen.
Natürlich wird das dann irgendwann steigen, aber ist das für den Anfang okay?

Ich freue mich auf eure Meinungen!
